Welcome to NeighborPro Babylon Towing. By using our towing and roadside assistance services, you agree to these Terms of Service. Please read them carefully before requesting service.

1. Services Provided

NeighborPro Babylon Towing provides towing, roadside assistance, accident recovery, and related services to customers in Babylon, NY and surrounding areas. All services are subject to availability, vehicle condition, and safe operating conditions. We reserve the right to refuse service if we determine that towing or transport would be unsafe or violate local laws.

2. Payment Terms

Payment is due at the time service is completed unless other arrangements have been made in advance. We accept cash, credit cards, and debit cards. You are responsible for all fees associated with the services you request, including towing, storage, and any additional charges for special equipment or after-hours service. If you dispute a charge, you must contact us within 7 days of service completion.

3. Customer Responsibilities

As a customer, you agree to:

• Provide accurate information about your vehicle location, condition, and any special requirements
• Remove all personal belongings and valuables from your vehicle before towing
• Ensure that you have the legal right to authorize towing of the vehicle
• Be present or designate an authorized representative at the pickup and drop-off locations
• Follow all safety instructions provided by our operators

4. Liability and Insurance

NeighborPro Babylon Towing carries comprehensive liability and cargo insurance to protect your vehicle during transport. However, we are not responsible for pre-existing damage, mechanical failures that occur during towing, or damage caused by circumstances beyond our control such as severe weather, road hazards, or acts of third parties. We are not liable for personal items left inside the vehicle. If damage occurs during our service, you must report it to us within 24 hours of drop-off.

5. Cancellations and No-Shows

If you need to cancel your service request, please contact us as soon as possible. Cancellations made after a truck has been dispatched may be subject to a cancellation fee to cover our time and fuel costs. If you are not present at the pickup location when our driver arrives, we may charge a no-show fee. We will make reasonable efforts to contact you before leaving the scene.

6. Storage and Abandoned Vehicles

If your vehicle is towed to our storage facility, you will be charged a daily storage fee until the vehicle is picked up. Storage fees begin 24 hours after the vehicle arrives at our facility. If a vehicle remains unclaimed for more than 30 days, we reserve the right to file a lien and dispose of the vehicle in accordance with New York State law.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, NeighborPro Babylon Towing shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services. Our total liability for any claim related to our services shall not exceed the amount paid for the service in question.

8. Dispute Resolution

Any disputes arising from these Terms of Service or our services shall be resolved through binding arbitration in accordance with the rules of the American Arbitration Association. The arbitration shall take place in Suffolk County, New York. You agree to waive any right to a jury trial or to participate in a class action lawsuit.

9. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to update these Terms of Service at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated "Last Updated" date. Your continued use of our services after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the new terms.
